In Egyptian myth, Apep is a evil giant snake, serpent or dragon. Known as the Serpent of the Nile or Evil Lizard, he was an enemy of sun god (Ra). (Note: I didn't made the image, credit the one who made.)
*whistles* You drew them yerself? If so, not bad. But besides that, there's only one thing that keeps me from saying this and that white one wouldn't be cards.
Their attacks are through the roof. Simply sacrificing three cards seams like nothing compared to what your getting. Not even Obelisk is that strong. Not even the five headed dragon guy is that strong. Not even RA, (Assuming you have full 8,000 life points to give to him) Is that strong! The only thing that keeps this from being feasable are them attacks.
That's not to say you must change those in particular. You could change the requirments and make them tougher. Say, Sacrificing three monsters In Particular. Three SPECIFIC monsters. That would FORCE the deck-builder to have to consider these three PARTICULAR cards, adding a depth of strategy not had before.

I wanted to make Draco the most powerful god card there is.(in the Yu-Gi-Oh! world that is.) And making Apep having 7,000 ATK seems like a good idea for rivaling Ra. Also giving life points isn't the only way to make Ra powerful, by sacrificing 3 Blue eyes white dragons which will make a total of 9,000 ATK.
I see what you mean...Alright I'll do some editing on the effects, after all I made those card a few years ago.
